You can proceed with the verification through Bixin Global APP -- ME -- Account safety -- Verify Identity.

You can select the document type you wish to identify yourself with, such as Passport、Identity Card or Driving Licence.

The verification steps are identity information → face recognition. After the completion of the above two-step, the verification is successful.

2.How can I keep my account safe?

Please keep your login/payment password properly, be sure to use your identity card for real-name authentication, and try to use your Email/mobile phone number to create a Bixin account. If you encounter any problem with your account, please contact the online customer service immediately.
