Bixin Global supports Email/mobile phone account registration. You can download the Bixin Global APP at Bixin Global official website and register an account.

2.How to set a nickname?

You can set account information through [Bixin Global App -- ME -- profile], such as Alias, avatar, gender, UID, etc. Please note that UID can only be modified once and cannot be changed once modified.

3.How to retrieve or modify the login/payment password?

You can select the login password or payment password through [Bixin Global App -- ME -- Account safety] and retrieve/modify it according to the prompts on the page. If you cannot find it by yourself, please contact online customer service.

4.How to change the mobile phone number bound to the account?

If the original phone number can receive the verification code, change it through [Bixin Global App -- Me -- Account safety -- Phone number]. If the original phone number cannot receive the verification code, please contact online customer service.

5.What should I do if my account or payment password is locked?
